Retail Sales Supervisor – Full Time (Winnipeg)

About the role

The Retail Sales Supervisor will lead a team of sales associates in a Puma store located in Winnipeg, delivering exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and profitability. This full‑time, on‑site position combines hands‑on floor work with operational responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain high standards of customer service in line with Puma’s brand values.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets, KPIs and profitability through effective planning and expense control.
• Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with recruitment, training, development and succession planning.
• Control payroll, create service‑driven schedules and manage labor costs.
• Communicate merchandise opportunities and manage inventory, shrink and physical counts.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise and ensure a safe, compliant store environment.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as required.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused retail environment, preferably apparel or footwear.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and solve complex issues.
• Strong communication, teamwork and quick learning abilities.
• Physical ability to walk continuously and lift/push/pull up to 30 lb.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency.
• Knowledge of MS Office applications.
• Experience with retail software systems.
