Retail Sales Consultant

About the role

Kognitive Sales Solutions is seeking highly motivated, sales‑oriented individuals to create excitement and connections with consumers in‑store. As a Retail Sales Consultant you will educate customers about President’s Choice Financial products and act as a brand ambassador for one of Canada’s most trusted icons.

Key responsibilities

• Educate customers on features and benefits of President’s Choice Financial products within the store pavilion.
• Understand customer needs and make appropriate product recommendations.
• Provide exceptional advice and product knowledge to drive sales and brand awareness.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and create excitement around the product offering.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with store personnel while maintaining confidentiality of customer information.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of sales experience in financial or retail environments (preferred).
• Comfortable meeting sales targets and eager to challenge the status quo.
• Outgoing, personable, with strong communication and listening skills.
• High integrity and accountability when handling confidential customer information.
• Willingness to undergo criminal/credit background check and possess reliable access to a vehicle or a valid driver’s license (asset).
