Key responsibilities

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that encourages repeat visits, using product knowledge and customer‑service skills.
• Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, covering assigned zones and ensuring merchandise is well‑presented.
• Operate the register, process transactions, and drive add‑on sales through services such as BOPIS and curbside pickup.
• Assist with planogram changes, including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix.
• Communicate fashion and music trend information to management and HQ partners.
• Work with store management to prevent theft and ensure loss‑prevention procedures are followed.
• Help keep the stockroom organized and the store tidy.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a retail environment.
• Passion for music and pop culture.
• Strong customer‑service and sales abilities.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Effective collaboration and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate the store, merchandise products, and handle boxes up to 50 lb.
