Retail Sales Associate

About the role

Crafty Folks Ent is hiring a Retail Sales Associate for a full‑time position at its Taylor, BC store. The role runs Tuesday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, with occasional weekend coverage as needed. You will be the front‑line representative, handling cash, assisting customers, and keeping the sales floor organized. This position offers day‑shift work and on‑site parking.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the cash register and handle all cash transactions.
• Move stock from risers to the sales floor and keep shelves stocked.
• Maintain a clean and orderly store environment.
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
• Perform general stocking and merchandising duties.
• Work consistently Tuesday through Saturday, with flexibility for weekend shifts.
• Ensure the store is ready for opening and closing procedures.
• Assist with inventory checks and product placement.

Required profile

• Physically capable of lifting and moving stock from risers.
• Available to work Tuesday to Saturday, including occasional weekends.
• Reliable commute to Taylor, BC, or willingness to relocate before starting.
• French language not required; English proficiency sufficient.
• Ability to work during the July‑August period as scheduled.
