About the role

Join a global sports brand as a Retail Sales Associate, delivering exceptional customer experiences in a vibrant store environment. You will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, helping shoppers find the right products while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service aligned with PUMA’s brand values.
• Achieve or exceed sales KPIs, profitability goals, and individual performance targets.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout, ensuring speed and security.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product presentation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise, supporting stock replenishment and inventory accuracy.
• Follow all policies, procedures, and safety regulations to create a safe shopping environment.
• Work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑focused retail setting, preferably apparel or footwear.
• Strong team player with excellent communication abilities.
• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
• Physical ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 30 lb regularly.
