Retail Sales Associate

About the role

PUMA is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to deliver a high‑standard customer experience in its store. You will represent the brand’s values, drive sales, and help maintain a vibrant, team‑focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consistent, high‑quality customer service aligned with PUMA’s brand values.
• Achieve or exceed sales, KPI, and profitability targets through effective engagement.
• Accurately process sales transactions at checkout quickly and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising standards, and product presentation.
• Handle incoming and outgoing merchandise, assist with stock levels, inventory counts, and product availability.
• Ensure a safe, healthy, and compliant shopping and working environment.
• Work non‑traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, holidays, and occasional overtime.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of retail or related experience (preferred).
• Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
• Physical ability to walk continuously and lift/push/pull up to 30 lb.

Required skills

• Basic computer proficiency, including MS Office applications.
