About the role

Join Bath & Body Works as a part‑time Retail Sales Associate at the Intercity Shopping Centre in Thunder Bay. You will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover products that make them feel good while delivering a friendly, efficient in‑store experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding needs, demonstrating products, and offering personalized recommendations.
• Operate the cash register, ensure a clean and organized cash wrap, and handle transactions accurately.
• Support product replenishment, visual merchandising, floor set execution, and store presentation standards.
• Maintain store safety, cleanliness, and adherence to brand policies.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders, and bending to restock and set displays.

Required profile

• Enjoy working in a customer‑first retail environment.
• Proven sales and customer service experience in a fast‑paced setting.
• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and ability to adapt quickly.
• Capability to de‑escalate situations and work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
