Retail Sales Associate – Fashion

About the role

Join a vibrant fashion retail team as a Sales Associate. You will be the face of the store, delivering friendly, energetic service to every customer while keeping the shop looking its best.

Key responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting each customer.
• Stay informed on current sales, promotions, and product knowledge.
• Maintain merchandising standards and store cleanliness.
• Replenish stock, monitor floor inventory, and process incoming shipments.
• Handle purchases accurately at the cash register.
• Follow all company policies and complete additional tasks assigned by management.

Required profile

• Previous retail or customer‑service experience is an asset.
• Strong selling and customer‑service abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, climb ladders, and lift boxes up to 30 lb.
• Availability to work days, evenings, and weekends.
