About the role

Merchandising Consultants Associates (MCA) is a Canadian‑owned leader in retail merchandising and in‑store execution. We partner with top brands across Canada and the USA to ensure products are presented effectively on shelves and in the hands of consumers. This part‑time position supports our clients by creating attractive displays, maintaining stock, and gathering retail data.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and arrange product displays according to detailed planograms, optimizing visibility and brand representation.
• Build, modify, and dismantle displays while adhering to client quality and branding standards.
• Stock products, install signage, and perform additional merchandising services as required.
• Complete online reports, upload photos, and provide regular updates to keep stakeholders informed.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted representative of MCA.
• Use image‑recognition and scanning apps to collect valuable retail data.

Required profile

• Reliable, takes pride in work and presents a professional appearance.
• Previous merchandising experience in grocery, drug store or big‑box environments.
• Ability to read and execute planograms.
• Comfortable using smartphone applications for reporting, photo capture and imaging.
• Self‑starter who thrives in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to an insured vehicle.
