Retail Keyholder (Part‑Time)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a part‑time Keyholder to join its Ottawa store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help create a welcoming, inclusive shopping experience while supporting sales and store operations.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with product knowledge, styling advice, and checkout.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure products are stocked on the floor.
• Support the Store Manager in training and coaching team members on selling practices.
• Handle opening and closing duties, including cash handling and security procedures.
• Perform light store maintenance tasks such as lifting items up to 40 lb, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 18 with reliable transportation.
• Positive, customer‑focused attitude and ability to work in a fast‑paced retail environment.
• Demonstrates integrity, originality, and a willingness to lead by example.
• Consistently meets or exceeds sales and performance goals.
