About the role

The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon’s success in store. Educators create world‑class guest experiences by engaging customers, sharing product knowledge, and authentically representing the brand’s community and culture.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to ensure a great experience, valuing their time.
• Assess guest needs and provide customized purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, articulating product value and benefits.
• Execute omnichannel programs such as buy‑online/pick‑up‑in‑store, phone sales, and ship‑from‑store.
• Move dynamically on the floor to continuously engage guests and address store needs.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Foster an inclusive team environment by welcoming and celebrating differences.
• Build supportive relationships with all team members.
• Perform product presentation tasks, including restocking and merchandising.
• Use in‑store technology to support operations and enhance guest experiences.
• Maintain store cleanliness to uphold a luxury environment.
• Follow people‑safety policies and adhere to all applicable regulations.
