Retail Digital Media Account Manager

About the role

Day-to-DayInsight Global is looking for a Retail Digital Media Account Manager to support a leading enterprise retail client’s in‑house media and marketing function on a 20‑month contract. The role sits at the intersection of digital media, vendor partnerships and retail strategy, focusing on high‑priority categories such as tools and seasonal outdoor products. You will be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of vendor partners, guiding them from campaign planning through execution and optimisation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 25‑30 vendor partners, maintaining day‑to‑day communication and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with vendors to design, launch and optimise digital media campaigns aligned with business goals.
• Review creative assets, messaging and channel strategy to ensure campaign readiness.
• Monitor performance metrics, provide optimisation recommendations and identify upsell opportunities.
• Lead early‑stage conversations to uncover marketing objectives and support sales forecasting.
• Coordinate with internal production, media and analytics teams to ensure timely execution.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM and internal tracking systems.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, media or advertising (agency, publisher, retail media or similar).
• Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills with external partners and the capacity to influence outcomes.
• Excellent project‑management and organisational abilities.
