About the role
As a Skin Care Coach at skoah, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting the Westhills location. You will guide them through personalized skin‑care programs, support our estheticians, and help create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere that feels like a friend’s home.
Key responsibilities
- Coach guests into personalized skin‑care training programs.
- Support Skin Care Trainers (estheticians) throughout the day.
- Build and nurture relationships with regular and new guests.
- Set personal goals with managers and trainers and track progress.
Required profile
- 1‑2 years in a customer‑service oriented role.
- Energetic individual with retail experience and a passion for skin care.
- Innovative problem‑solver who provides customer‑oriented solutions.
- Team player who contributes to a fun, supportive environment.
Required skills
- Strong communication abilities.
- Ability to motivate teammates and meet sales goals.
