About the role

Join the Winners team in Edmonton as a part‑time Retail Associate. You’ll help create a welcoming shopping environment while developing valuable customer‑service skills in a fast‑moving retail setting.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers with a friendly attitude and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and process returns accurately.
• Maintain fitting rooms, restock merchandise, and keep the sales floor tidy and organized.
• Support back‑room operations, including inventory checks and merchandise replenishment.
• Participate in training programs and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and service quality.
