Retail Associate – Full-Time

About the role

Join Nike’s Kanata store as a Retail Associate, the front‑line ambassador for the brand. You will work 30‑40 hours per week in a fast‑paced environment, helping customers discover the right products and delivering a memorable shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing knowledgeable advice on Nike products and services.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and ensure merchandise is properly displayed.
• Operate the point‑of‑sale system to process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with teammates to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Adapt to flexible scheduling, including evenings, weekends and holidays, based on store needs.

Required profile

• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sport and fitness.
• Strong interpersonal skills to make customers feel welcomed and understood.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods.
