About the role
Join the Winners team at the Tamarack Centre in Cranbrook as a Retail Associate. You will help create a welcoming shopping environment while developing valuable retail skills.
Key responsibilities
- Greet customers with a smile and assist them throughout their shopping experience.
- Perform cashier duties, fitting‑room assistance, and back‑room support.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Participate in learning and development programs to grow your skills.
Required profile
- Friendly, approachable, and able to create an inclusive atmosphere.
- Team‑oriented, supportive, and communicative.
- Flexible, organized, and able to thrive in a fast‑changing environment.
- Willing to undergo a criminal record check (age 18+).
