About the role
We are looking for a Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations at our North Bay Subway location. The role involves managing staff, ensuring food quality, and maintaining inventory. The successful candidate will lead a team to deliver fast, consistent service while adhering to Subway’s standards.
Key responsibilities
- Establish methods to meet work schedules.
- Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
- Address customers' complaints or concerns.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage.
- Supervise and check assembly of trays.
- Establish work schedules.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Client focus.
- Team player.
- Dependability.
