Restaurant Supervisor

About the role

Join the team at Capilano Suspension Bridge Park as a Restaurant Supervisor, overseeing the casual sit‑down venue The Cliff House Restaurant. You will ensure an exceptional food & beverage experience for guests while supporting the Food & Beverage Manager in program development.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of the Food & Beverage department within the park.
• Maintain high standards of guest service and dining quality.
• Assist the Food & Beverage Manager in evaluating guest experiences and implementing improvements.
• Communicate new ideas or concerns to drive program development.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of supervisory experience in a similar food & beverage venue.
• POS experience; knowledge of the RTP system is an asset.
• Food Safe Level II and Serving it Right certifications are a plus.
• Legal drinking age and ability to work in licensed areas.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and in diverse weather conditions.
• Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 lb, and use a step ladder when needed.
