About the role
We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Juice Dudez in Ottawa. The role involves overseeing staff, managing budgets, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and manage budgets for food, beverages, and supplies.
- Monitor and evaluate daily operations and staff performance.
- Plan, organize, and schedule daily work activities.
- Supervise, train, and support restaurant staff.
- Handle cash balancing, financial reporting, and related paperwork.
- Address customer complaints and ensure high-quality service.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Commitment to supporting newcomers, refugees, and Indigenous workers through training and mentorship.
