About the role
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at Elisa Steak in Vancouver, BC. The role involves supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing events.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate and plan daily restaurant operations.
- Monitor and review staff performance, set work schedules, and conduct performance reviews.
- Train and lead staff, addressing customer complaints and ensuring high service standards.
- Manage special events and coordinate with kitchen and front‑of‑house teams.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of restaurant management experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
