About the role
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at Boston Pizza in Athabasca. The role involves overseeing staff, ensuring compliance with health and liquor regulations, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Determine service offerings, implement operational procedures and control daily operations.
- Manage cash handling, balance sheets, cash reports and related financial forms.
- Conduct performance reviews, negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering and supplies.
- Maintain inventory, enforce health and safety standards, and ensure compliance with provincial liquor legislation.
- Address customer complaints, participate in marketing initiatives and oversee scheduling for various shifts.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience managing a restaurant or similar hospitality venue.
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- Reliability and ability to work early mornings, evenings, nights, days and weekends.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with tight deadlines.
