About the role
Join Church's Chicken in Brampton as a Restaurant Manager, overseeing daily operations and driving profitability in a fast‑paced environment. You will lead a small team, ensure high standards of service, and manage all aspects of the restaurant.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budget to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
- Evaluate daily operations and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Set staff work schedules and supervise a team of 1‑2 employees.
- Cost products and services, organize and maintain inventory.
- Address customer complaints, provide customer service and manage events.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 2 to less than 3 years of restaurant management experience.
- Organized and a team player.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment with attention to detail.
