About the role
The Chopped Leaf is looking for a proactive Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Brooks location. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability, ensuring high service standards, and leading a diverse team.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budgets and monitor revenues to control labour costs.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant operations.
- Create staff schedules and manage workforce allocation.
- Negotiate with suppliers and clients for catering and supply contracts.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food‑service regulations.
- Handle customer complaints, conduct performance reviews, and manage special events.
Required profile
- College/CEGEP education.
- 1 to less than 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong client focus, teamwork, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, nights, and days as needed.
