About the role
We are seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our North Vancouver location. The role involves overseeing service delivery, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Determine service offerings and implement operational procedures.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
- Negotiate with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily restaurant operations.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management.
- Efficient interpersonal and oral communication skills.
- Organized, reliable and able to work in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment.
- Willingness to work evenings, days, weekends and overtime as needed.
