About the role
The Restaurant Manager will lead daily operations at Amritsari Kulcha Point, ensuring profitability, high service standards, and compliance with regulations. This role combines financial oversight, staff management, and customer service to create a thriving dining experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budgets and develop cost plans for food, ingredients, alcohol, and supplies.
- Monitor daily operations, staff performance, and cash handling.
- Recruit, schedule, supervise, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.
- Prepare balance sheets, cash reports, and related financial documents.
- Enforce provincial liquor legislation and negotiate catering contracts.
- Participate in marketing initiatives and manage special events.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent service.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of relevant experience.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Winnipeg.
