About the role
We are seeking an energetic Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our Spruce Grove location. You will be responsible for maintaining profitability, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing a dynamic team in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budgets and implement strategies to boost and maintain restaurant profits.
- Plan, organize, and evaluate daily operations, including inventory management and health‑safety compliance.
- Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise staff while monitoring performance.
- Address customer complaints, provide high‑quality service, and manage special events.
Required profile
- Accurate and detail‑oriented.
- Strong client focus with excellent oral communication.
- Organized, able to multitask and work under pressure.
- Team player with a commitment to delivering high service standards.
