About the role
Manohar Vegetarian Bakery is seeking a proactive Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at its Winnipeg location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service delivery, maintaining high standards of food quality, and delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimise profitability.
- Oversee staff performance, recruitment, scheduling, supervision and training.
- Plan and organise daily operations, including inventory management and product costing.
- Implement operational procedures and health‑and‑safety regulations.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage special events and promotions.
Required profile
- Secondary school graduation certificate.
- 1 to less than 2 years of experience in restaurant or food‑service management.
- Strong organisational and leadership abilities.
