About the role
Join our growing team as a Restaurant Manager at Tim Hortons in Châteauguay. You will act as an enthusiastic role model, motivating team members to deliver exceptional service for every guest, every time.
Key responsibilities
- Manage each shift, ensuring the team has the tools and resources needed to succeed.
- Follow Tim Hortons standards and operating guidelines for product preparation and equipment use.
- Recruit, train, and coach a diverse team to maintain high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.
- Promote a respectful environment through open communication and understanding.
- Oversee inventory control and ordering processes.
Required profile
- Enthusiastic leader who builds positive relationships with a diverse team.
- Passionate about training staff to achieve high guest‑service standards.
- Knowledge of the quick‑service restaurant industry and day‑to‑day operations.
- Ability to support the owner in managing a fast‑paced restaurant.
