About the role
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our Subway location in Brantford. The role involves overseeing daily operations, driving profitability, and ensuring a high‑standard guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Analyze budgets, control food, labor and supply costs, and adjust menu pricing to meet profit targets.
- Plan, organize and supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling, recruitment, training and performance reviews.
- Maintain inventory, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure compliance with health, safety and liquor legislation.
- Handle cash management, balance sheets and financial reporting.
- Address customer complaints, manage events and support marketing initiatives.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client‑focused attitude.
- Flexible, organized and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
