Restaurant Host/Greeter (Part‑Time)

About the role

As the first point of contact for guests, the Host creates a welcoming first impression at Boston Pizza. You will greet guests with a smile, manage seating arrangements, and ensure every visitor feels appreciated throughout their dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and thank each guest in person or by phone with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Assess guest needs and coordinate seating based on party size, wait times, and special requests.
• Communicate available seating options to team members and escort guests to their tables.
• Maintain a clean and organized host station and lobby area.
• Support a safe, fun work environment and uphold Boston Pizza’s brand standards.
