Restaurant Host – Guest Experience

About the role

As a Host at Olive Garden, you are the first point of contact for guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for a memorable dining experience. You will manage guest flow, ensure safety standards, and contribute to a friendly, family‑like environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests as they enter the restaurant.
• Manage seating, table turns, and wait‑list coordination.
• Maintain clean and sanitized host stations, menus, and shared touch points.
• Answer phone calls courteously and address guest inquiries.
• Provide a friendly farewell, thank guests, and invite them to return.
• Complete opening and closing procedures accurately.
