About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant crew and help deliver real, responsibly sourced food in a fast‑casual environment. As a crew team member you will rotate across stations, learn to cook, serve, and create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Operate at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items by hand.
• Provide friendly, attentive service to every customer.
• Maintain cleanliness and food‑safety standards throughout the restaurant.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.

Required profile

• Friendly and enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.

Required skills

• No specific technical skills required; on‑the‑job training is provided.
