About the role

Join Chipotle as a Restaurant Crew Team Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly‑sourced food and deliver a friendly dining experience. You’ll work across stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo, learning the full operation of a fast‑casual restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand at designated stations, following Chipotle’s food‑safety standards.
• Provide courteous, efficient service to guests, taking orders and handling payments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including dishwashing and sanitising surfaces.
• Assist with inventory stocking, food prep, and opening/closing duties as needed.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving customers and teammates.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant operations.
• Minimum age of 16 years.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
