Restaurant Crew Member

About the role

Join Chipotle’s restaurant team as a Crew Member, where you’ll help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly, fast‑casual dining experience. You’ll receive comprehensive training to work at any station, from grill and prep to cash register and customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand at the grill, prep, salsa, and expo stations.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions.
• Maintain a clean, organized work environment and follow food‑safety standards.
• Provide courteous, attentive service to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist with opening, closing, and holiday closure procedures as needed.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
• Passion for helping and serving customers and teammates.
• Desire to learn cooking techniques.
• At least 16 years old.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language of the work location.
