About the role

Join Chipotle’s fast‑casual restaurant team as a Crew Member. You will help prepare fresh, responsibly sourced food and deliver a friendly, high‑quality experience to guests in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare menu items by hand at stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
• Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dishwashing and sanitation tasks.
• Provide courteous, attentive service to guests, answering questions and addressing needs.
• Follow food safety and Chipotle’s quality standards at all times.

Required profile

• Friendly, enthusiastic attitude with a passion for serving others.
• At least 16 years of age.
• Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location.
• Willingness to learn cooking techniques and restaurant procedures.
