About the role
Join Chipotle’s mission to serve responsibly sourced, real food in a fast‑casual environment. As a Crew Member you will work on a dynamic restaurant floor, learning every station from grill to cash register while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare fresh ingredients and assemble menu items by hand.
- Operate stations such as grill, prep, salsa, and expo.
- Handle cash transactions and operate the point‑of‑sale system.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Provide friendly, attentive service to guests.
Required profile
- Friendly, enthusiastic attitude.
- Passion for helping customers and teammates.
- Willingness to learn cooking techniques.
- At least 16 years old.
- Ability to communicate in the primary language of the location.
