About the role
Tim Hortons is looking for a Restaurant Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations at its Springhill, NS location. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth service, staff performance, and compliance with health and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate daily operations and monitor revenues to control labour costs.
- Plan, organize, and supervise daily restaurant activities, including staff scheduling.
- Train, supervise, and assess performance of more than 20 staff members.
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Address customer complaints and provide excellent customer service.
Required profile
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 to less than 3 years of experience in a similar field.
- First Aid Certificate and Safe Food Handling certificate.
