Reservations and Sales Agent

About the role

The Reservations and Sales Agent supports Nootka Marine Adventures by handling guest inquiries and booking reservations for accommodations, activities, and services. This position requires strong customer‑service skills, proficiency with hospitality systems, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while upholding brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Make reservations for accommodations, moorage, camping, guided fishing, rental boats, and other services.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and email with professionalism and accuracy.
• Promote Nootka Marine Adventures and participate in sales campaigns and outbound calls during re‑booking campaigns.
• Accurately collect, record, and file guest information, leads, quotes, and notes in Monday.com CRM.
• Complete day‑end settlement reports and identify discrepancies.
• Maintain adherence to brand standards and confidentiality policies.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team toward shared goals.

Required profile

• Legally entitled to work in Canada.
• Minimum 2 years customer service experience in hospitality.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Strong service orientation and dedication to guest experience.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and manage workload.
• Positive attitude, strong attention to detail and appreciation for fishing and outdoor activities.

Required skills

• Experience with booking software (Maestro preferred).
• Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Monday.com.
• Competent use of Microsoft Office suite.
