Research Analyst – Wealth Management Insights

About the role

Our client, a global analytics leader, is seeking a Research Analyst / Business Systems Analyst to support external wealth‑management clients across the US and Canada. You will work on proprietary performance diagnostics and consumer surveys, turning complex data into strategic insights for senior executives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and refine large datasets, conduct primary research, and produce performance benchmarks.
• Translate analytical findings into compelling narratives and present insights directly to client executives.
• Contribute to the long‑term product strategy, identifying innovation opportunities and market positioning.
• Independently oversee multiple projects, ensuring high‑quality delivery in a fast‑paced environment.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of data analysis or business systems analysis experience, preferably in banking, financial services, or management consulting.
• Strong background in wealth‑management strategy is a plus.
• Advanced expertise in Excel and PowerPoint; VBA experience is a strong asset.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with executive presence.
• Relevant university degree.
