Requirements Management Intern

About the role

Join ALSTOM in Saint‑Bruno as a Requirements Management Intern and apply your analytical and data‑visualisation talents to support cutting‑edge transport projects. You will work closely with engineers, project managers and data analysts to turn stakeholder needs into clear, actionable KPI dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards that provide insight and improve usability for requirements management.
• Monitor and analyse quality performance metrics related to requirements activities.
• Identify gaps, lead corrective actions and track progress toward defined targets.
• Present data‑driven insights and performance reports to senior management.
• Consolidate Return on Experience (ReX) into a central knowledge hub.
• Collaborate with Requirements Management Coordinators to ensure timely follow‑up on project activities.
• Analyse project risks and performance gaps, proposing practical, data‑backed solutions.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑engagement abilities.
• Fluent in both French and English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience designing Power BI dashboards/pages.
