Replenishment Clerk – Grocery Store

About the role

Join Sobeys, one of Canada’s top employers, as a Replenishment Clerk in St. John’s. You will play a key part in keeping shelves stocked, ensuring food safety, and delivering excellent service to shoppers.

Key responsibilities

• Follow food safety, health, and corporate policies.
• Order, receive, and merchandise stock according to inventory procedures.
• Provide superior customer service and promote featured products.
• Maintain a clean and presentable work area on the retail floor and back shop.
• Prepare customer orders and process department shrink as needed.
• Assist in training junior staff and perform other duties as required.

Required profile

• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Above‑average oral and written communication skills.
• Physical capability to lift up to 20 lb, stand for long periods, and perform bending, lifting, and reaching.
