Rental Coordinator

About the role

Powerent Inc., a leading provider of rental, calibration and sales of electrical and instrumentation test equipment, is seeking a Rental Coordinator to manage equipment rentals and logistics for its North‑American client base.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate equipment rentals, returns and related logistics.
• Communicate with customers about availability, timelines and support.
• Prepare rental agreements and ensure all documentation is accurate.
• Collaborate with the service team to confirm equipment is ready, calibrated and compliant.
• Track inventory and rental status using internal systems.
• Assist with invoicing, extensions and client follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in rental coordination, dispatch or logistics (preferred).
• Familiarity with the electrical or industrial sector is an asset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with business software and ability to learn new systems quickly.
