Renovations Technician – Entry Level

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Renovations Technician to join our growing North Van Handyman team in North Vancouver. This entry‑level position is ideal for someone with basic tool experience who wants to develop hands‑on skills in home repairs and small‑scale renovations while working alongside experienced handymen and carpenters.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with a variety of home repair and renovation tasks such as carpentry, drywall, flooring, and painting.
• Perform basic renovation work under the supervision of senior team members.
• Prepare job sites, clean up after work, and organize tools and materials.
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment.
• Communicate respectfully with clients and team members.
• Support door‑knocking and community outreach activities.

Required profile

• Some hands‑on experience using tools and performing home repairs.
• Willingness to learn, reliable, punctual and strong work ethic.
• Physically able to lift materials and work on feet for extended periods.
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation.
