About the role
Denzy is a tech‑enabled dental marketplace connecting patients with dental clinics across Canada. We are seeking a motivated sales professional to bring dental clinics onto our network, leveraging our risk‑free Pay‑Per‑Patient model.
Key responsibilities
- Follow up with inbound leads quickly and consistently.
- Conduct cold calls and outbound email outreach to dental clinics nationwide.
- Pitch the value of Denzy’s model and close clinic sign‑ups.
- Log all contacts in the CRM in real time as a compensation requirement.
- Maintain pipeline hygiene and track performance metrics.
- Meet weekly activity targets and monthly clinic‑signup goals.
Required profile
- Proven experience in outbound B2B sales, preferably in healthcare or SaaS.
- Comfortable making high‑volume cold calls and managing outreach.
- Confident, persuasive, goal‑driven with strong closing instincts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience in the dental sector is a major plus.
Required skills
- CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for contact logging and pipeline management.
What we offer
- $25,000 base salary plus uncapped commission per clinic signed.
- Commission structure: $150 per follow‑up close, $300 per rep‑led close, with premium plan bonuses.
- Expected earnings between $60,000 and $100,000+ annually.
- Fully remote work within Canada.
