About the role
We are looking for a motivated Remote Sales & Appointment Setter to join our growing team. You will work from home, contacting business owners and professionals to generate interest in our insurance and investment solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls following proven scripts and sales systems.
- Qualify leads, generate interest, and book appointments for financial advisors.
- Follow up with prospects and manage the sales pipeline.
- Track call activity and maintain accurate records.
- Collaborate remotely with a sales team to achieve targets.
Required profile
- Junior level (1‑3 years) experience in sales, call‑center, or customer‑facing roles.
- Strong English communication skills and comfort speaking on the phone.
- Self‑disciplined, motivated and able to work without direct supervision.
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven sales process.
- Long‑term mindset seeking career growth.
