Remote Safety Administration Specialist

About the role

We are a small safety consultancy looking for a Remote Safety Administration Specialist to support our growing client base. Working directly with the Owner and Safety Consultants, you will ensure that client data, documentation, and reporting are accurate, up‑to‑date, and compliant.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and upload client data into our safety management software via Excel or manual entry.
• Produce weekly client reports using dashboards such as ISNET, ComplyWorks, Avetta, and 8am.
• Manage training records and maintain professional safety manuals, forms, and documentation in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Set up safety resources for new clients and track deliverables.
• Support consultants with administrative tasks, organizing work with Microsoft Loop, Planner, and To Do.
• Identify workflow improvements and responsibly apply AI tools to automate repetitive tasks while preserving a human touch.

Required profile

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 Business apps (Word, Outlook, Teams, Loop, Planner, To Do).
• Experience with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
• Proven ability to work remotely and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
