Remote Recruiter – Ontario, Canada

About the role

Kelly is seeking a proactive Recruiter to join its growing Canadian team. This remote position supports multiple clients across Ontario, handling full‑life‑cycle hiring for both direct‑hire and temp‑to‑hire roles. You will work closely with hiring managers, account executives, and U.S. colleagues to deliver high‑quality talent.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of positions, levels, and industries.
• Source and screen both passive and active candidates using job boards, ATS, VMS, and other tools.
• Conduct intake calls, schedule interviews, and coordinate candidate submissions.
• Maintain a high‑volume caseload across multiple clients while ensuring fair and equitable selection processes.
• Collaborate with Canadian recruiting team and U.S. mentors for knowledge sharing.
• Adapt quickly to a startup‑like environment and help build the new recruitment team.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while staying connected to the team.
• Minimum 2 years of high‑volume, full‑cycle recruiting experience, preferably in industrial or professional sectors.

Required skills

• Experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) platforms.
• Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) and job board sourcing tools.
