Remote Licensed Physician – AI Model Evaluation

About the role

This short‑term contract offers licensed physicians the chance to work remotely, applying their clinical expertise to assess and improve advanced medical reasoning models. The engagement is flexible, allowing you to set your own schedule while contributing to high‑impact AI research.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate model outputs for clinical accuracy, diagnostic reasoning, and alignment with established medical standards.
• Score case‑based diagnoses, care recommendations, and clinical logic against expert judgment.
• Write structured, detailed feedback on safety, clarity, and clinical rigor.
• Identify and flag failure modes that have meaningful patient‑safety implications.
• Collaborate asynchronously with research teams to drive measurable model improvements.

Required profile

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school with active or recent clinical practice.
• Background in one or more specialties such as Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatrics, Cardiology, Nephrology, Psychiatry, Anesthesiology, Critical Care, Occupational Medicine, or Public Health.
• Strong diagnostic reasoning skills and a systematic, detail‑oriented approach.
• Clear, precise written communication and ability to produce structured clinical feedback.
• Capacity to work independently and manage a flexible, part‑time schedule (20+ hours per week).
