Remote High‑Ticket Appointment Setter – Education Coaching

About the role

We are seeking two experienced remote appointment setters to join our fast‑growing education coaching company. You will work with warm inbound leads, schedule qualified strategy calls, and help drive high‑ticket revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound warm/hot leads and qualify prospects.
• Book, confirm, and track strategy call appointments in the CRM.
• Ensure appointments are attended and meet qualification criteria.
• Maintain accurate records of booked calls and revenue attribution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to transition top prospects toward closing.

Required profile

• Previous experience in high‑ticket appointment setting or closing.
• Motivated, coachable, and positive attitude.
• Hard‑working team player willing to work at least 40 hours per week.
• Ability to handle a high volume of inbound calls.

What we offer

• $40 for each qualified attended strategy call.
• Commission structure: 3% on revenue up to $30k/month, 4% on $30,001–$60k, 5% above $60k.
• Realistic OTE of $2.5k–$4k+/month; top performers can earn $5k+/month.
• Warm/hot inbound leads daily and a supportive high‑performing team.
