Remote Graphic Designer (Amazon, Packaging & Brand Creative)

Verdica is a fast-growing, Amazon-based health and supplement brand on a mission to make products that genuinely improve people's health, growing from Amazon into a household consumer brand. Small team, strong culture, and design is central to how we grow.

Remote, full-time contract. Pay US$600-900/month based on skill, mindset, culture fit and speed. Paid trial of 2-4 weeks at US$150/week. 3-4 hours overlap with Eastern Time (Canada). Working English required.

Attitude and culture fit matter more than anything on your CV. Please don't apply if you want an easy, repetitive job, need hand-holding, or are just looking for a second income.

What you'll do

• Amazon & e-commerce: main images, infographics, lifestyle images, comparison charts; A+ content, Brand Story and Storefront; image testing
• Packaging & print: supplement labels, boxes and pouches with print-ready dielines; mockups and 3D renders; inserts, flyers, trade show and retail materials
• Marketing & social: ad creatives for Meta, Amazon and Google; social posts, carousels, stories, Reels/TikTok covers; email graphics; Shopify banners and landing page sections
• Brand & systems: brand guidelines, templates, organised asset library
• AI-powered workflow: daily use of AI for concepts, lifestyle scenes, background swaps and retouching

Requirements

• Working English required; good written English and clear communication
• Strong portfolio of clean, commercial design
• Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator (Figma a plus)
• Already use AI tools (e.g. Midjourney, Photoshop Generative Fill, Firefly, ChatGPT) and can show how
• Sharp attention to detail; reliable computer and internet
• Nice to have: Amazon/A+ experience, packaging work, health/supplement brands, video or motion editing

Process: application review; paid test task (US$30-50, due in 48 hours); 30-minute interview; 2-4 week paid trial (US$150/week). Long-term role with room to grow into Lead Designer or Creative Director.
